Iona Institute lecture 26 May 2011

Presentation to the Iona Institute conference on Women, Home and Work at the Davenport Hotel, Dublin, 26 May. Sets out the three key objectives that any system of family taxation should strive to achieve (horizontal equity, self-reliance, and stable parenting) and shows how reforms in Britain since 1975 have undermined all three.
